Job Description

Zenon is delighted to be supporting a VIP Operator to recruit a OCC Officer for their operations based in The Mediterranean.

Working within the companies OCC Department you will be responsible for the following:-

Holding an EASA B1 License with A320 Type Rating, the successful candidate will be overall responsible for the resources and operational activities of the Maintenance & Engineering department reporting directly to the Airlines COO.

Responsibilities: -

• Ensure the safe and efficient operations to the highest quality standards.
• Perform mission feasibility checks liaising closely with the dispatch team.
• Keep the crews continuously updated about the status of their missions.
• Crew planning and FTL monitoring.
• Flight watch.
• HOTAC and flight ticket arrangements.
• APIS filling.
• Arrangement and cost control of all required services for the operation.
• Post flight data management.

Skills and Experience:-

• A minimum of 3 years’ OCC experience in a Business Aviation environment.
• Worldwide operations and flight planning experience.
• A valid ICAO flight dispatcher license will be considered as an asset.
• Good knowledge of crew flight time limitations and EASA regulations
• Proficient in MS Office, PPS and APG.
• Experience with the specific needs of Business Aviation operations.
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
• EU Passport holder (or the right to live and work in Europe)
