Job Description
Established Helicopter Operator in the UK requires a Technical Records / Customer Service advisor
This is a full time position with sociable working hours of 8:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday.

Summary of Duties:

Customer Service:

• Status reports on a/c undergoing maintenance
• Input into maintenance schedules
• Agreeing maintenance costs with customers and reviewing invoices against agreed work.

Technical Records:

• Input Tech Log details to system
• Raise workpacks
• Compile DDL log
• Complete log book certificates
• Component log card verification
• Assist the Planning Engineer
• Assist in upkeep of aircraft maintenance schedules
