Job Description

A five star Established FBO based in Jeddah require a Customer Service Manager to perform and manage a Concierge Service within their Service Excellence department.

The Service Excellence department is the voice of our clients brand to the customers and partners.

We seek an experienced Customer Service orientated, highly organized, and energetic performer who is able to work effectively and independently as well as part of a team, and can be trusted with confidential and sensitive information.

Applicants must have VIP or hospitality experience to be considered for this role.
