Zenon are pleased to be working with one of the world’s fastest growing Helicopter companies with their recruitment of an ERP Supervisor based in the Middle East.
As a leading provider of services ranging from HEMS, Utility, Surveying, VIP and Corporate Charter operations, this position requires an individual with supervisory experience of managing the development, implementation and maintenance of emergency response plans and procedures.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Supervise specific emergency programs, ensuring response activities are in line with regulatory standard policies and procedures.
- Participate in developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures for the company’s operations and for specific types of incidents.
- Coordinate and conduct regular emergency response drills and exercises to test and improve the effectiveness of the plans.
- Monitor and evaluate emergency response performance and make recommendations for improvements.
- Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in providing training and education on emergency response procedures to employees and contractors.
- Maintain and update emergency response documents and records.
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant authorities and organizations during emergency situations.
- Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Identify and evaluate potential emergency scenarios and risks.
- Participate in developing and maintaining emergency response equipment and supplies.
- Understand and comply with local laws, regulations, and guidelines as they pertain to emergency response.
- Understand and adhere to the company’s emergency response protocols.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure readiness and compliance with emergency response plans.
- Monitor the humanitarian risk and provide information to management and staff.
- Supervise ERP projects and programs monitoring, evaluation, learning, and reporting.
- Provide advice and consultancy to businesses to ensure that they can carry on functioning in the event of an emergency.
- Respond to incidents, such as natural disasters, and assess the situation and the level of response required.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, safety management, or equivalent
- 5 years of experience as ERP in the aviation field.
- Certificate course in Emergency Management Professional (EMP).
- Certificate course Helicopter Emergency Medical Services is advantage.
- Certificate course in Aviation Human Factors is advantage.
- Familiar with GACARs and other FAA/EASA regulations.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of emergency response principles, procedures, and regulations
