We’re seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to support our on-going expansion by sourcing and screening high-calibre candidates and helping us maintain our reputation as a market-leading specialist.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct candidate sourcing across various channels: job boards, LinkedIn, networks, referrals, industry databases.
• Create and manage candidate pipelines for roles in aviation (pilots, engineers, executives).
• Pre-screen candidates: review CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, assess suitability for role and culture.
• Liaise with Recruitment Consultants to understand role briefs, candidate requirements and client context.
• Maintain candidate records in CRM, manage data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with job advertising, social media campaigns and market intelligence gathering (salary trends, candidate availability).
• Help drive the candidate engagement process: update candidates, prepare them for interviews, debrief after processes.

About you

• Some experience in recruitment or resourcing would be preferable but not essential.
• Strong research, sourcing and telephone communication skills.
• Good time-management and ability to multitask across roles with different seniority levels.
• Purpose-driven, detail-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in aviation/airline recruitment a plus (but not essential).
