Reporting directly to the Recruitment Director, you will play a vital role in supporting the Managing Director and wider operations and sales teams, ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Administrator, you will be at the heart of our business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

General Administration & Office Support

  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and enquiries
  • Handling emails, letters, packages, and general correspondence
  • Managing diaries, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
  • Coordinating daily office activities to ensure operational efficiency
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies, producing purchase orders, and obtaining approvals
  • Preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and contracts
  • Supporting the MD and Recruitment Director with tasks as required
  • Performing data entry, scanning, photocopying, and general admin duties

Database & CRM Management

  • Managing our bespoke in-house candidate and client CRM system
  • Entering CVs and documents accurately and promptly
  • Ensuring data integrity and updating internal processes as needed
  • Correcting database anomalies and communicating with relevant team members
  • Logging all communication with clients and candidates
  • Updating job details and performing database searches
  • Requesting candidate documentation and conducting reference checks

Marketing & Advertising

  • Writing, editing, and publishing job adverts
  • Researching new job boards and advertising platforms
  • Managing social media activity and login information for key platforms
