ACJ A320 Captain – VIP Operation

Zenon are recruiting for a highly skilled and professional ACJ A320 Captain to join our exclusive operation, flying a newly inducted aircraft tailored for VIP clientele. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a premium operation that values safety, discretion, and impeccable service.

Are you a seasoned aviator with a passion for excellence in VIP aviation? Join a world-class team operating a brand-new Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ) A320 in the UAE.

Minimum Requirements:

• EASA/ICAO ATPL (Unrestricted)
• Valid A320 Type Rating
• Minimum 5,000 total flying hours
• Minimum 1,500 hours as PIC on A320 family
• Minimum 2 years of experience in VIP or corporate jet operations
• Current Class 1 Medical Certificate
• Fluent in English – ICAO Level 5 or above
• No history of accidents or incidents
• Excellent CRM and communication skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Previous ACJ experience highly desirable
• Experience flying to global destinations with high-net-worth individuals
• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern operational requirements and cultural sensitivities
• Demonstrated commitment to discretion and personalized service
