ACJ A320 Flight Engineer / Licensed Engineer

Zenon are recruiting a dedicated Flight Engineer / LAE to oversee technical performance and ensure the highest standard of safety, reliability, and service readiness for a private operation. Be part of the launch team for a VIP-configured Airbus ACJ A320 in the UAE.

Minimum Requirements:

• EASA B1/B2 or ICAO-recognized AME License
• Type rating on Airbus A320 required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in line maintenance
• A minimum of 2 years experience supporting VIP or Corporate jet aircraft
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Understanding of CAMO procedures and airworthiness compliance
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Flexible and service-oriented mindset
• 6 months experience on the A320 in the last 12 months

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily and pre/post-flight maintenance checks
• Liaise with OEMs, MROs, and CAMO providers
• Manage AOG situations and ensure aircraft dispatch reliability
• Travel occasionally with the aircraft on global missions
