Quality Assurance Engineer

Zenon is delighted to be commissioned by a VVIP Operator based in the Middle East who is looking to engage a Quality Assurance Engineer on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:-

• Investigating and recommending action with respect to occurrences.
• Conducting internal and external audits and surveillance inspection of all aircraft maintenance related activities.
• Carrying out spot checks on aircraft and carrying out detailed surveillance of material supply.
• Carrying out Maintenance Documentation Reviews (MDR).
• Maintaining the data base for relevant CAA company approvals.
• Maintaining the data base for organisation’s staff authorisations.
• Coordinating with the regulatory authority for aircraft certificate renewals.

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or holder of a Valid Part 66 License.
• Qualified Aviation Auditor.
• Trained in QMS & SMS for Airlines.
• Level-1 training in at least 1 Helicopter type.
• Minimum 5 years as Quality Assurance Engineer or in a regulatory role with any national CAA or as Systems Engineer or Helicopter LAE or a combination of all.
• 4 years of auditing experience.
