Job Description
Zenon Aviation have been commissioned by an exclusive VIP Aircraft International Aviation Organisation to source a CIPD Qualified Level 7 HR Manager on a permanent basis for their UK operation in the South East of England.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Human Recourses Manager is responsible for providing a comprehensive HR Service, including pay and benefits, which ensure that managers and employer apply best practice to foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to and promote the Values of the Company Culture by driving company activities,
• Ensure complete Employee Life cycle (Administration tasks):
- Manage the recruitment process, including interviews and induction
- Manage employee relations including investigations, dispute resolutions, disciplinaries and grievances
- Implement and update of HR policies and procedure.
- Responsible of HR records, contracts etc.
- Payroll preparation and submission, including P11ds and PSA’s
- Manage the benefits (pension, health cash plan, life assurance, childcare vouchers, discount website)

• Manage and develop team members
• Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation and implementation of the People Strategies that attract develop and retain employees,
• Support the organizational short and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats,
• Drive flawless execution of Global and local HR Initiatives,
• Ensure people issues are a key consideration when discussing and planning business activities,
• Manage effective organizational transformation and change projects using best practice methodologies,
• Shape the culture to align with the company goals and initiatives through coaching Line Managers in their implementation of core people processes,
• Work with leaders to enhance current and future functional and leadership capability needs,
• Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development,
• Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive open, empowering safe and equitable and coach others to behave and make decisions in line with this culture,
• Be the gateway for the business into the HR function to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions,
• Act as key point of contract regarding all HR related issues.
• Act as main point of contact for the annual evaluation of employees including salary increases, target setting and potential analysis,
• Pro-active and strategic planning in cooperation with the HR Director and General Management,
• In charge of all labor law related issues in close collaboration with our clients legal reps,
• Provide HR support and legal advice to the Senior Management Team

Requirements:

• CIPD Qualified Level 7
• Excellent knowledge of relevant employment legislation and statutory
• Excellent IT skills, Microsoft Office suite and HR systems
