Job Description
Zenon are proud to have been engaged to recruit an Commercial Manager for a successful Commercial Charter & Tour Operator based at their HQ in Cairo.

Reporting directly to the Manging Director , you will have overall responsibility to provide future strategic plans for the business, ensuring profitable growth, and key financial goals are consistently met.

The successful candidate must be a strong charismatic leader who can effectively interpret, communicate and plan across all functions as required to ensure the effective delivery of the goals whilst maintaining and enhancing business controls and safeguarding the companies commercial exposure.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Commercial advice and direction to the business
• Managing Commercial issues on contracts
• Develop Commercial strategies, negotiations and initiatives
• Commercial due diligence of contracts, risk mitigation and issue resolution
• Review Commercial terms of tenders
• Develop Commercial subcontract and supply agreements
• Assess subcontractor selection process
• Review and negotiate contracts
• Conduct analysis of contracts for renewals for quality improvement
• Identify areas of improvements
• To ensure that the desired strategies are successfully accomplished by proactive management and direction of the Commercial team
• Partner with Business Unit management teams and their respective staff to deliver the results and strategic objectives of the company
• Establish group and individual accountabilities throughout assigned departments for problem solving and cost reduction, both on permanent and ad-hoc basis depending on the need
• Manage spending against budget, controlling spend in relation to changes in demands
• Work to establish management practices throughout assigned areas which include all employee's positive involvement with opportunity for constructive input and action
• Attending meetings and conference calls with the Corporate group
• Key account management forming significant portion of the Company sales and high strategic value
• Seek opportunities to maintain and improve Supplier relationships
• Provide senior management with ongoing business performance analysis through regular reviews of business KPI's
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory procedures
• Promote and encourage a safe working environment
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence

Minimum Skills and Experience:-

• Proven work experience as an Commercial Manager within the Aircraft Charter or Tourism Industry
• Excellent Commercial and Sales acumen
• Proven negotiating skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer aware and focused
• Adaptable and flexible
