Job Description
Zenon are pleased to be supporting a leading provider of aviation services to source an ACMI Project Manager on a permanent basis for their facilities based in the Southeast of the UK.

The successful candidate will provide operational management of long term ACMI wet lease contracts to ensure high quality and consistent standards with the airline customers and suppliers. Working together with the clients ACMI broking team you will also be involved in managing supplier and client airline relationships during initial setup and on-going operation of lease contracts.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Primary responsibility for the implementation of a consistent operational project management function for the client. Ensuring high quality standards are maintained and the lease set-up, monitoring and follow up processes are adhered to.
• Provide ACMI project management to the UK and International offices within the company working together with ACMI brokers in each of the offices.
• Work to ensure that the day-to-day operations are delivered to ensure an excellent customer and supplier experience.
• Responsible for gathering, compiling and reporting customer and supplier feedback on a monthly basis.
• Acting as a broker, with support from senior brokers, on ACMI short, and long-term enquiries, responding in a timely manner, including enquiry, trawling, contracting and invoicing.
• Responsible for updating any relevant data with bespoke ERP system.


• Work towards agreed, measurable performance targets and standards.
• Represent the company in a highly professional and competent manner and exercising a reasonable commercial judgement.
• Work as part of the ACMI team to deliver the team and organisation’s business goals in line with the relevant processes and agreed practices

Minimum Skills and Experience:-

• Solid aviation experience ideally in airline or airport operations or aviation broking
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to ensure rigorous contract and project deadlines are met whilst working flexibly in a team environment
• Commercial awareness with the ability to deal with customers and supplier airlines. Responding and managing issues with a commercial outlook and understanding.
• Customer focused with first rate people skills
• Good written and communication skills with the ability to present to customers and suppliers
• Excellent IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to learn and use systems to maximum advantage.
