Charter Sales Executive

Job Description

Zenon is currently recruiting for an established VIP Charter Company based in the UAE, who is looking for a Charters Sales Executive to join their team.

Successful Candidates will be responsible for:-

• Generating a portfolio of niche global clients by researching, identifying, cold-calling potential leads, and performing sales calls/visits.
• For the Management of charter flight bookings from start to finish.
• Sourcing charter flight prices and send out quotations, bookings, and wrap-up after-sales procedure.
• Build good relationships with both charter flight Clients and Suppliers.

Minimum Skills and Experience

• Fluent in English and Russian, other languages would be an added value.
• Proven experience in negotiating with high-net-worth individuals and government officials.
• Minimum two (2) years charter brokerage experience in either private, commercial, or cargo flights.
• Ideally you will have a knowledge of the business aviation market in terms of Aircraft type, Airports, Handling Agents etc...
• The company is looking for someone who has detailed planning and organisational skills who is able to work on their own as well as part of a team. You will have strong problem solving skills as well as excellent rapport building skills in order to effectively manage clients in what is sometimes a pressurised environment.
