Job Description

We are supporting a well-established VIP operator to source a Head of Training (Nominated Post Holder) on a permanent basis for their facilities in the Southeast.

The primary focus as the Head of Training will be the responsibility for ensuring the leadership and management of the companies training provision for its flight crew and delivering all training needs to the highest standard of flight training.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous demonstrated experience as a Head of Training
• Hold a current UK CAA ATPL with EMB135/145TR
• Current TRI rating is essential with TRE desirable
• People management and leadership skills
• Working knowledge of UK & EASA and preferably also FAA Regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Possesses above average communication skills, both verbal & written.
• Demonstrates proficient computer skills & knowledge of Internet applications.
• Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive towards process improvement & training standards.
• Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to the Business aviation sector would be a distinct advantage
