Job Description
Zenon is delighted to be supporting a fast expanding and very well-established rotary wing operator and maintenance provider to recruit a Commercial Project Management Manager for their operation based in Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose: -
• Responding to and managing tenders, proposals and contracts including the management of various maintenance projects on behalf of the client.
Responsibilities: -
• Proven experience in a commercial or business development role within an aviation industry
• Proven experience with writing, responding to and managing Tenders, Proposals and Contracts within an aviation field (ideally helicopter related)
• Proven experience with project management, project administration and involvement with actual operations within an aviation field (ideally helicopter related)
• Proven experience in documentation and data management and all facets of Contract management and project reporting (attention to detail, time management, KPI management are all key requirements)
• Proven experience with project/task cost modelling, developing quotations and with project budgeting activities.

Minimum Skills and Experience: -
• AW139 or H145 experience is preferred but not essential.
• A strong sense of business ethics and high integrity
• Excellent Stakeholder Management skills dealing with both clients and OEMs coupled with a strong client relationship and customer service ethic.
• An aviation technical or operational background would be advantage (engineering, flight operations, ground operations, etc.)
• Experience within an aviation VIP aircraft management role would be advantage.
• An aviation HEMS and/or SAR background (from the medical perspective) would be advantage.
• Exceptional English reading/writing skills
• Solid IT and report writing skills with a strong command of the English language.
